SMS Terms of Service
You may request to receive certain messages via SMS.
We do not send automated SMS messages. All SMS messages are sent person to person and are 2 way messages initiated by a live user sending one message at a time. This service is used to send you notifications about our services, your loan application, your account activity, answer your questions, and process your loan.
To Opt-In to receive SMS messages, you can:
1. Send a general SMS message to 760-349-4199 which will give implied consent to respond to your specific inquiry only.
2. Text the Message “START” to 760-349-4199, which will give general SMS consent.
3. Call 760-349-4199 to Opt-In by verbally agreeing to receive SMS messages and verbally agreeing to our SMS terms and conditions.
You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number on the text. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to the number on the text. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
Compatible carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile®, US Cellular, Interop, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and ClearSky.
